Orders and Deliveries
Payment must be cleared before orders will be dispatched.
Although we always try to deliver within 5 working days, please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery within the UK. Orders outside the UK may take significantly longer.
Where available, delivery options will be displayed at the checkout.
It is our policy to confirm the name of the addressee and the destination address if different to registered. We may need to contact you in order to do so. High value orders may have to be verified. We may contact you and your credit provider.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a refund, if the order or payment does not comply with our terms & conditions.
All goods are suitably packaged. Deliveries may require a signature on receipt.
Garment and print colours
Colours may vary in manufacturing and may not match exactly the displayed colour.
Voucher Codes and Coupons
From time to time we may offer discounts in the form of voucher codes or coupons. These are only valid for the time period stated and can only be used once per order, on qualifying items. If no expiry date is given, codes will expire 2 months after original issue.
Coupons and codes have no cash value.
Returns and Refunds
All orders are checked before dispatch. Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the item(terms & conditions apply), less postage and packaging. Good must be returned within 10 days.
Items found to be faulty or damaged in transit (provided we are notified within 48 hours from the time you have received your goods) will be replaced ,free of p&p or refunded. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been damaged by misuse.. If we cannot provide the replacement, a full refund will be given. Items that have been altered in any way or show signs of wear cannot be returned. Improperly packed and incomplete returns will be returned to the sender. The refund, exchange or replacement can only be given once we receive the goods back from you. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded delivery service. Our guarantee is in addition to your Statutory Consumer Rights.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, we can only accept the payment through PayPal and your payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency.
